PRC has designed this assembly line in three stations ie

• Station1 This station is meant for IBV assembly sub assembly of spring piston and flange assembly
• Station2 This station is meant for 20 Flange sub Assemblies  spring side Assembly
• Station3 This station is meant for replacement of bolts  nut assembly

It has got micro controller type control unit with single flow with sequential process plan  Poke Yoke system to avoid the repeated action by glowing LED with sound in each bin
