Machine Function:
PRC make Motor Performance & Leakage Testing Machine is supplied with a suitable fixture built exclusively as per the design of Motor. The Motor is fixed on the fixture and operated through a single push button. Machine produces two different voltages one by one & simultaneously measures the current of their respective voltages.
Machine checks the current as per the permissible preset voltages given to the motor. If the current is within the limits, machine gives OK signal otherwise NG signal.
Machine is equipped with Pressure sensor for leakage testing. If the leakage is within the limits, machine gives OK signal otherwise NG signal.
The results are displayed on two LCD displays. Machine is designed to accept 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs.
